Alexander Khan

I'm a third-year mechanical engineering student at the University of California, Davis. Most of my time goes into design work that ends up as a physical thing — CAD, tolerancing, prototyping, and enough machining and 3D printing to know where a drawing lies.

My interests sit around mechanical design, thermal and structural analysis, and mechatronics — the point where a mechanism has to cooperate with sensors and control. I like problems that get tested on a bench rather than argued about on a whiteboard.

Currently looking for internship and co-op work in design and test engineering.
